ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

For artwork that are not required for editing, we will accept them in JPEG or TIFF format, with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi and in exact size or up to 200%. (Please state finished size in P.O.) For artwork that are required for editing, we will only accept files in CDR, AI or EPS format, with all texts converted to curve or outline. Images included in these files must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and in exact size or up to 200%.

DELIVERY:

Patches & Labels Co. will not be responsible for delivery error or delay that caused by ISP technical problems if the orders are made through E-mail.

SURCHARGE:

An additional charge of 25% will be applied if you request delivery on weekends or holidays. (By E-mail only). For artwork that need to be manipulated by our art department, but not in the vector format, will be subject to an additional charge of minimum $10.00per half an hour. Customer will be notified of charges before any work is done.

SERVICE TIME:

Order will be proceed after receipt of a complete purchase order, credit and artwork approval. This does not apply on weekends and holidays. All artwork and orders must be received by 4:00pm E.S.T. Purchase order must be clearly marked with the requested service level.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Patches & Labels Co. has the right to make changes to improve the quality of the final design. Verify and proof the disk prior to production. Patches & Labels Co. will NOT be held responsible for embroidered garments. For any re-editing requirements on the disk, customers may send the disk back to Patches & Labels Co. or do it by themselves at their own expenses. Estimates are provided on the same day free of charge, all quotations are estimates only. Finished designs may vary up to 20% more or less. Designs are billed after final stitch count is determined.

CANCELLATION & REFUND:

Totally not accepted once order has been proceed. No exception.

REMARK:

Service Time: means business days, to meet these times, order should be in by 4:00 pm EST. Surcharge: weekend/holiday delivery add 25% (e-mail only). Cancellation & Refund: not accepted after order has been processed. Digitising Deliveries: are made via e-mail. We are not responsible for late delivery caused by ISP technical problems.
